Terms of shopping, business, delivery terms and complaint terms
 Dear customers, before buying, you are requested to read the "Payment, delivery and complaint terms" of the “shop.karelthomayer.cz."
The basic rules of shopping
Each customer is required to meet with the terms and conditions of this e-shop before its first purchase. By placing an order the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the e-shop.
All customer orders confirmed by the seller are considered binding.
Delivery Policy: Most products are in stock. Goods are usually dispatched the following day from receipt of order - but no later than 7 working days. In the event that, ordered goods cannot be deliver in that time (non-delivery of goods by the supplier, delayed deliveries from the manufacturer, etc.), we immediately inform the customer (by e-mail or SMS). Large-scale (decorative) Photo are delivered within 20 days after the payment or crediting of the invoice amount to our bank account. All prices quoted for goods in this e-shop are with and without included VAT. Prices do not include shipping except orders whose amount exceeds 1000.00 CZK without VAT. In this case is shipping in the Czech Republic free of charge. If the consignment abroad exceeds the weight of 2 kg (4409 lb), ask for the price of freight.
Payment for goods can be ordered cash on delivery, bank transfer, and payment of the amount on a bank account or via PayPal.
For the successful completion of the purchase is advisable to register yourself and enter your personal information (username, password, full name, street, number, city, zip code, e-mail address and telephone number (and Tax ID, if you order in the company). Purchase is possible even without registration, but registration is recommended (you can track the status of your order processing, we inform you about special offers, etc.). By your registration, you agree that under the Act on Personal Data Registration will be your personal data used solely for internal information and customers records in our shop. They will be not provided to the third parties.

● warranty for the goods is provide in extent stated in terms and conditions as below
● the complaints are governed by Complaints Procedure Act.
●up to the payment of the full purchase price of the goods and credit it on the seller’s account, the goods remain the property of the seller
● the goods are covered by the warranty period of 24 months
● the contractual relationship between the customer and the seller is followed under the Civil Code and Commercial Code, as amended
Terms of payment and different payment methods
● operator reserves the right to change prices due to changes in purchase prices from their suppliers
Payment on delivery (payment on delivery)
● for the payment method - you choose cash on delivery
Bank transfer (payment by bank transfer)
● for the payment method - you choose bank transfer
● Shipping cost will be lower than when paying cash on delivery, but shipment will be sent until the total amount credited to our bank account
Through PayPal
● pay by means of your credit card via computer from anywhere in the world

shipment will be sent after payment of the total amount to our PayPal account



Withdrawal from the contract (cancellation order)
Order cancellation by the buyer
In accordance with Act No. 367/2000 of the 14th September 2000 the customer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from goods receipt. If you decide to withdraw during this time, so please respect the following conditions. Meeting them, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the goods including VAT. Send a letter (preferably by e-mail) to our e-mail address, saying the order number and tell the way, how to be refunded the purchase price of the goods.
Customer will be not refunded the costs of postage, packing and payment on delivery fee.
Goods sending back to our address under this warranty terms, must be in original packaging, may not be used, must be intact, complete with proof of purchase (just copy). Do not send the goods by cash on delivery. We recommend that you insure it.
When all the above conditions for returning goods will be fulfilled, money for the goods shall be sent to your postal address or transfer to your account.
In the event that any of the above condition will be not fulfilled, unfortunately we cannot accept cancellation of contract and consumer goods will be returned back on the purchaser's expense.
Order cancellation by the seller:
● goods is not in stock (customer refuses a replacement offer)
● cancellation of orders the same day has been made
● customer is always informed by e-mail (telephone) about the reason for cancelling the order and offered a solution to the situation
Warranty conditions
24 months from the date of purchase
Complaints goods (Complaint Procedure)
The complaint claims send the customer directly to the supplier. Obvious defects notify the customer immediately,( not later than three days from the date of delivery). Hidden defects claim the customer within 14 days of delivery. After the recognition of customer complaints, the goods will be exchanged, or returned goods will be paid in the purchase price. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Time settlement of a claim depends on the type of defect, but does not exceed the statutory deadline of 30 days.
